For a shop that does many full door replacements and service calls, they still took the time to sell me a new aluminum track and rubber seal for the bottom of my garage door. The measurements and ordering process were extremely accurate, and both the delivery and installation were completed precisely on schedule. (we ordered three parking garage doors).

Professional, competent, and courteous service: what more could you ask for? Calvin came out to review our project, and he never oversold the upgrades we were considering. It was refreshing to have a contractor offer straightforward advice on what we needed and what we didn't without the usual "upsell". I was a bit surprised that the install crew was only one person (install was during the Christmas holidays which may have played a part), but he did a great job and was on time, courteous, and finished in the expected time. He reviewed the install with us, including some DIY maintenance and cleaned up after himself. Our new door is working great, operates quietly and the garage is warmer with the new door installed. I would recommend Garage Door Depot with ease.
