Great experience! Our garage started having issues and it wouldn’t close. He came out very quickly the same day and was very polite and quick. He also went out of his way to reinforce the door extra well with no extra charge. Very reasonable prices too! I would definitely call again if we have any more issues.
When my garage door spring broke I decided to give Tuscany Garage a call because they were pretty close. It was slightly afterhours so I was hoping they'd be able to swing by the next day but they gave me a ballpark quote and said they'd come by in a couple hours once they finished up another job. They arrived early and changed me a fair bit less than the estimate. They replaced the spring in no time. Very polite and pleasant to interact with. The only thing I didn't like was the prompt for a tip on the machine. Tipping culture is out of control. I would happily pay 20% more not to feel guilted into adding a 10% tip. But that's just me. Either way, I slapped their sticker on the wall and I'll call them the next time I need someone to help with the garage door.
