My garage door fell on a Saturday. I called 4 companies to come out and fix it and Local was the first to respond. The tech came out, he was very friendly and professional. However, I was charged $600 just to put my door in the down position but left completely inoperable. He informed me that my motor and all of my tracks needed replaced. I was given a quote where the cost of all the parts were doubled based on what they cost to purchase online plus added labor.I got ahold of another company for a second opinion and the guy from the other company fixed my existing set up in less than 30 minutes and it works beautifully.I'm feeling scammed by Local Garage Door and I will not be reccomending them to anyone.Please do your research on what you are being charged for before committing to any company.
Great great great! Randall came out to give me a repair estimate, promptly after my call. Shortly after Randall and Ian installed a new garage door, motor and controller. It’s a BEAUTY. Both were friendly and professional. Great job guys! It’s great!
