Tracy, my technician, came to my house on time. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and discussed options for solving my garage door problem (would not open and shut). He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was finished.The repair job was done to perfection. I have a rental property, and the automatic garage door wasn't opening for my tenant. One of the technicians went out and fixed the issue quickly and economically within a day after contacting them. A couple of days later, the tenant advised that the door wasn't working again. The technician went out and determined that a new control panel was needed since the last "fix" didn't work. While this was somewhat costly to fix, the company did give us a break on the price since they already had come out and thought it was fixed. I appreciate how prompt and fair this company is with their customers. I won't hesitate to contact them again for any garage door/door opener needs that I may have. It's nice to have an honest, dependable, company to work with.

I had a new garage door and side mount opener installed today and the service was excellent. Larry and Eryc asked me my preference for installation options regarding placement of WiFi connected openers and even programmed my vehicle Homelink and my cell phone to connect properly to the opener. All wiring was neatly placed and everything was left neat and clean. The whole experience from talking to Scott in sales and total cost to David to coordinate a date for install to Larry and Eryc’s professional work and helpfulness was exceptional.
