I scheduled a Garage Door Tune up, Tony came out and gave me an overview as to what was involved, he was timely, professional and knowledgeable, educated me on pressure points of my doors and offered suggestions to extend the life of my new openers. Changed out an aging Spring which lightened the load of my opener. Tony was fantastic! this company truly cares about their customers. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Your gentleman was professional, kind, informative and not aggressive with his sales. It's highly appreciated.Edit: A day after this gentleman left our garage door tension spring broke to pieces. I don't know if this was a co-incidence, but i shopped around for the replacement part and found a highly rates local business that replaces both springs for HALF what i was quoted and went the extra mile to look over the rest of my equipment and stated it did not need replaced which was contrary to One Clear Choice's recommendation. I can't believe i almost spend $1200 on a fix that cost me $399 with the other guy and they warrantied their work for 2 years!
Our garage door cables broke and it was open to the elements. Grant showed up the same day we called. He was very friendly and personable and had all the parts needed to fix the door the same day, which was a relief. He also showed us some optional, upgrade parts that would improve the function of our garage doors. We opted to go for it, and are very happy with the results. The doors open more smoothly and quietly than ever before. (Grant even offered to replace the burned out light bulbs in the overheads for me.)
