I work out of state and my wife called just before the 4th of July to inform me that our wall mount garage door opener had an issue where the support cable came off of the spool causing the door to jam and bind up. She could not get the car out of the garage.The local company who installed the door closed their shop in the Springs. Luckily, my wife got a tip from All Things Garage who had recently installed some cabinets for us. We were told to contact Pikes Peak Overhead Doors. My wife called Pikes Peak and they sent someone out that morning to make some adjustments. This event occurred again on the 4th of July. They answered the phone when I called (yes, on the 4th), but could not get anyone over due to the holiday. But, they had someone (Bob) there the following morning. Bob, made several adjustments and did a great job on the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and personable, answering all my questions.The initial call out charge was appropriate for the work persormed and the timely arrival to our home. This company is the best! I had an estimate from a different company and asked Pikes Peak Overhead Doors to make a service call and assess my doors. What a surprise when they saw I didn't need any major repairs. The service tech, Juan, explained everything to me and made some minor adjustments. They saved me over $500 from the other company. I'm only going to use, and refer, Pikes Peak for all my garage door needs.

I think these doors are the best, I have an insulated one with fixed windows and I love it! It warmed up the garage 30 degrees and the glass even helps to transfer some heat..great product , great company! I will never use anyone else.
