Great experience. I was able to get a same day appointment to have my garage door motor inspected. Anthony came out on time and was kind and efficient. The problem couldn't be fixed that same day, but the schedule was very flexible and Anthony was able to come back on my next day off. He did fantastic work and also got me a discount. Very grateful. Arrived right on time. Technician gave a quick overview of issues that he normally addresses during a preventative maintenance type call. He covered all of my concerns, and took time to answer my questions. Service was completed promptly, and then was reviewed, and explained as needed, point by point. Very happy with the price, as well!

Doug was very quick in responding to my call when the gear box went out in my old garage door opener and the door wouldn’t open. He was thorough in explaining the issues and options. We decided to have a new opener installed. Doug was prompt for each trip to the house, efficient and thorough with the installation and programming the new remotes and existing remotes! Doug was very friendly and concerned to fix our garage door issues! We will definitely call Doug and Overhead Door again. We highly recommend their service!

Our technician, Doug, was actually early to our appointment calling to let me know when he would arrive.
