I am a local contractor and I visited this store over 3 weeks ago. I made a pretty large order request and a very large request for an estimate on the other doors needed. I was greeted by Chip Culp and discussed my order. I was told that he would get back to me via email the following morning. After one week of not contact, I reached out to him via email and he responded with sorry I will get back to you tomorrow. Now three weeks later and still no response. Oh well, on to the next supplier. I definitely would not recommend this company as they have wasted a lot of my valuable time.
Placed order and paid for a garage door with this company at the end of June 2021. Was told at the time that there would be a 12-week lead time. Finally cancelled the order almost 9 months later. The wait time was very frustrating, but not nearly as frustrating as the lack of communication. Was told 4 times that the door was being shipped. The dates would come and go without even a single phone call from the company. Every single time I had to reach out to them and every time I told them the same thing, that I understood delays but not poor communication. The last time was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. I was told that "it's quite frustrating running an adult daycare". I think that most people understand that these companies are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I purposely chose a small company as opposed to a Lowe's or Home Depot because I thought I would get better customer service. I was wrong. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Will never do business with this company or the manufacturer, Wayne Dalton, who I also tried to call and who did not even bother returning my calls.
The guys came out and installed a custom door in a very difficult setup. There were a couple issues since it was a granite rock building within a very uneven opening. Management came out that afternoon to inspect. They came back the following day and made all the proper adjustments. Very pleased with the customer service and the overall job. Highly recommend doing business with them. They stand behind their work and were easy to work with.
Nice and welcoming staff, had 3 pallets and they had them off in less than 30 minutes.It’s tight but not impossible, 280 WB W900 & 53 ft trailer.Thank you!
Great place to do business. Much more than the typical corporate treatment that we seem to get lost in these days . Very personalized approach to helping you with ALL your door needs. They offer any type commercial or industrial door products or service you may need. Steve for Personnel doors, Clay for Overhead, and Randy for automatic entrances. I have never been dissatisfied with either of these gentleman or what they produce for me. 100 years experience between them probably has a lot to do with their abilities , but they're just down to earth ,good folks that are a pleasure to work with. They have two guys in their fab shop that are the best in the business by far.
