I called Thomas after hours and left a message. Thomas called me upon opening the next day and had our door fixed by noon. Charles the repair man cleaned all the components of the door and gave me tips to keeping my door working properly. I will defiantly use them again.

I do not like writing reviews, I have the owners business card. I met him personally, he told me no job was to big or small. I needed work at my house, and we needed work at the office. I texted him, just like he asked me to. I also followed up with several phone calls. No response on texts, finally got him on the phone. He told me he would stop by this past Wednesday. He did not, I even texted him to see when to exspect him. No response. That's my review, Goodluck to you.

This company is doom for failure since the owner cannot be trusted and is unreliable for the following reasons. I called the owner (Tom) and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door and he failed to keep the appointment. The following day, I spoke with Tom again and he stated he forgot the appointment. How do you forget an job appointment? I gave him a 2nd chance and we scheduled another appointment for later that day and again, he was a no show. On both days, Tom didn't bother to call me. Don't waste your time on this company.

Thomas saved the day! I called at 6:00 pm on a Friday night with an emergency at my business. Thomas responded quickly so that we could get the front door secured before leaving. The next morning he came out and fixed the door permanently and at a fair price. Thank you Thomas, I will call you for future needs and highly recommend you to others!
