Over the phone Danny Mullis talked me through getting the door up with the remaining spring and motor so I could get my vehicle out (even though it was after hours). He was able to work me into his schedule this afternoon and replaced the springs and did some other preventive maintenance in less than an hour for a VERY reasonable price.
