We called Sunday night. Was told to call back tomorrow to avoid after-hours rate.Called Monday morning was asked for a credit card number to book. Was told someone would call me right back. I called again a few hours later was told the guy would come in a few hours. Guy showed up, was here for 22 mins. Fixed my garage door and left. I never received a quote or invoice. My card was charged $622.00.I called in and ask for them to send the invoice and if I could talk to the manager, I was surprised with the high amount. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t seen an invoice or heard back from them.Not great service. I don’t recommend them.
The Garage Door Depot is one of the best companies I have worked with. They scheduled my garage door installation very quickly, and even upgraded my opener because they did not have the model I originally ordered. The service technician was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. My neighbours were so impressed with the product and the price, they got one too. I would not hesitate recommending them.
Just had our commercial overhead door fixed up. It was a difficult installation, but Dave did an awesome job. He cares a great deal about his work and customer service. Can't say enough about him. 3 years ago, we embarked on a journey to build a 12,000 sq.ft. ultra luxury home in the British Properties. The designer has specified 2 very high-end garage doors as these doors were on the forefront of the home. We decided to retain The Garage Door Depot, and we were not disappointed! The doors were made of solid wood and stained to match the walnut front entry doors.When the doors came, we noticed that the stain on the panels were slightly too dark to match the front entry doors. We contacted Amanda from Garage Door Depot, and they took care of the problem seamlessly!I would highly recommend Garage Door Depot to any homeowner and contractor!
