Called Friday at 3:00pm after having an open, non functional garage door. He was here within the hour and had a fair price after the repair. 5/5
Called at 4:45 on a Friday and Ed came to our home and replaced our broken tension spring and serviced our garage door. What great service.
I called these folks and told them I would like for them to come by so I could get a estimate to replace my garage door. I gave them my hours of work, and asked them to call me when I was home. They called me while I was at work and told my wife they would call back. Two weeks later I called again and spoke to someone and told them that I was available for three afternoons in a row later on in the week, and could we set up a time to meet. They said they would call me back. I am still waiting. Instead of calling themselves "Mariner Doors", they should call themselves "Don't Make Any Plans Doors." I have hired someone else.
Can't say enough good things about this company. Had a repairman at my home within 2 hours of requesting an appointment. How's that for service? Highly recommend them.
Called Ed and booked an appointment for him to look at & repair my broken garage door. We set an appt for the next morning “between 10-11 am”. He did not show and no phone call! I waited 2 days and still no sign.Called again and left a message asking to set another appoinment. I have never heard back. I’m no longer interested in trying to do business with this company.
