Called about our broken spring and they came out same afternoon. Professional work replacing it and they also checked all the other hardware while they were there. Door balance is perfect now and opens smooth. Would definitely use Ridgefield Door & Gate Repair co. again for any garage door issues.

Super happy with the roller replacement they did last week. Several of our rollers had gotten really worn and were making the door shake and wobble when opening. They replaced all of them with better quality ones and the difference is incredible. Door glides so smoothly now you can barely hear it running. Also found a loose bolt they tightened up at no extra charge. Professional work and honest pricing throughout.

Had an issue with my garage door early in the morning and thought my whole day was going to be ruined. They came out and got it working again faster than I expected.

I noticed the garage door was not closing evenly and one side looked lower than the other. The technician checked the torsion spring and the cables and explained what caused the imbalance. He adjusted the spring tension and made sure the door was balanced correctly. He also tested the opener motor several times to make sure everything worked together. The door now closes perfectly straight. I appreciate how clearly everything was explained.
