The crew was well versed and did a great job. They completed the job in under an hour and even showed me tips on oiling the door hinges. We got same day service which was nice as our car was stuck in the garage. But disappointed you tried to charge me a credit card fee of $13.74 and an energy charge of $7.70. We didn’t use a credit card. I have no idea what energy you are trying to bill us for, you might keep in mind we are all dealing with budget increases.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and my interaction. They came out same day, polite, fast, fixed what I needed and told me they kept all measurements and parts on file in case I had questions for the future. This service is what it’s about!
I called expecting to wait a day or two before someone could come out but they were at my house within an hour. Had my door fixed in less than an hour. He was very polite and I could tell he had a lot of experience. My door works better than it did before and is quieter also. Great company.
