We've had our garage door opener go out after 25 years. Francisco M. was our installer and did a fantastic job! He explained what the issue was and took pictures from the top of the motor so we could see the broken unit without having to climb a ladder. Francisco is a very cheerful person and knows his job well! Today he had to come back out because our keypad was loose. He should us a better placement for the keyless entry pad and fixed the issue. Thank you

My garage door spring broke two days ago and I needed to get it working again. I called a different company and they told me they couldn't quote me or give me an estimate range until the work was done. I found Precision online and Steve Clark showed up. He was able to look at and Identify the issue and gave me a couple different options (for the initial fix). No pressure! I agreed to the work and Steve fixed it fairly quickly. Great guy to work with and does great work. Highly recommend.
