Update: Tom phoned in the morning to discuss concerns and apologized for rude representative. He was able to explain more, that if they don't have calls, they pull drivers, which makes sense and wouldn't have been able to service the call that afternoon. Had that been explained other than stating since it was warranty call they wouldn't send someone immediately, would have clarified. It is understandable to not have technicians out in the field just waiting for calls. Tom was sincere and appreciative of the feedback, providing his personal number for future concerns.Installed opener and 4 days later stopped working. Initially said would have a tech out this afternoon then Misha called and Informed since it was warranty issue wouldn’t come out at 3:30 in the afternoon and would need to come the next day. Despite inconvenience and requiring rescheduling our day.
