Had a garage door brand at a rental property that Des Moines Door services. Made a phone call and from there the process was easy!
Took care of the door, made the tenant happy again, and kept the communication process open. Would definitely recommend them to anyone they are my go to company from now on! ??????

Need to be more up front with your service call pricing!
Like some others, I tried to make an adjustment myself and it didn't go well. So I called the number on the sticker attached to my garage door.
He did quickly arrive and fixed the problems with my door, and I'm very pleased with that. But he said if I had $25 cash he would call it even or he could bill me. Unfortunately I didn't have the cash on me so I said just bill me. A few weeks later I got a bill for $85!! I was expecting at worst maybe $50! Had I known it would be such a huge leap I would have gone literally 5 minutes away to QT and gotten him the cash, would have given $40!
