Like some others, I tried to make an adjustment myself and it didn't go well. So I called the number on the sticker attached to my garage door.

He did quickly arrive and fixed the problems with my door, and I'm very pleased with that. But he said if I had $25 cash he would call it even or he could bill me. Unfortunately I didn't have the cash on me so I said just bill me. A few weeks later I got a bill for $85!! I was expecting at worst maybe $50! Had I known it would be such a huge leap I would have gone literally 5 minutes away to QT and gotten him the cash, would have given $40!

I made a bad situation worse by trying to fix my own garage door after it was torqued from getting hit. By the time I was done it was hanging by just a few rollers. I made the call to Dan around 8 PM, Dan came out immediately, was extremely nice, extremely helpful, and had it resolved in an hour. There's no way I'd go to anyone else with garage door work after tonight.

Dan was so quick. He was able to replace both torsion springs in about 30 minutes. He was able to come out the same morning that I called. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
