These people did great work! I am so satisfied with my new garage door and the timely service they came out to provide. When the technician was finished, he made sure to let me know exactly how the new one worked, ran a few test runs, linked my new keypad and remotes as well.The receptionist was also very pleasant and worked around my schedule well! They always made sure to give me a call to let me know when the garage door repairman was on his way and if he was running late at all. I had two come out to my house. Once for inspection and another for installation. They were only a day or two apart which was great!A big plus as well was they didn't give the HUGE service window (like when companies tell you they'll be out between 8am and 4pm. That's just crazy) They were very reasonable and usually gave me a 1 or 2 hour window.
I just had my attic door replaced by Ace Garage Door Company, and it was a fantastic experience.They have some of the most professional employees, and the most through quote process I have ever seen. They came out and took a look t my garage, took pictures, then sent me a full quote within 24 hours that detailed all costs, as well as gave me any options I could choose between.Their installers (who are NOT subcontractors) showed up on time, got the job done quick, and were very courteous. I called today for service within an hour Matt Hanks was at my door. One of the friendliest, professional service person's I ever met. He was able to solve my garage door issue within an hour. This company is family owned and the believe in customer service and the value of your dollars. Put your money into our community and give this great company a try! I believe in giving a business it's due and this business is great and No I'm not related and don't know them this is an honest assessment.
So happy with this company! I called at 9am and they had someone at my house by 11am. Matt was our technician. He was extremely nice, professional and had the garage door motor replaced quickly. It is super quiet now and works great!As a side note, my car would not stay running at the same time. Matt accurately diagnosed that I needed a new battery and saved us the trouble of having to have it tested!! They made a bad day much easier to take. Thank you thank you!!!
These folks are five stars --- Honest and fair! They do business with integrity. Don't be fooled by their slick talking competitors who will try and sell you parts and services you don't need. Case in point, another "Edmond" garage door company came out to the house and told me I need $1700 in repairs. Something didn't feel right and I called Ace. Matt fixed the garage door for $220. Don't make the same mistake I almost did ... Call Ace first!
