We were having some very loud noises coming from our garage door every time it opened and closed. We called Precision Garage door and they responded very quickly. We were told our joists were needing replaced, we needed 2 springs instead of 1 to take stress off the joists, and new rollers (where most the noise was coming from). All in all was pretty comparable pricing for all that. And it included a 7 year warranty for anything and everything! Our technician also worked with us and our need for the comparable pricing with his manager. Thank you Precision! And thank you to Teagan our technician!! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!!

Since I'm on a fixed income, Hayden was able to break in down into what he thought should be taken care of first and then when I have the money what he thought should be done next and soforth. Since my daughter was helping with payment, we were able to slit the total payment between us. Thank you.
