Better late than never review. I needed some garage door parts late this summer. The parts department was excellent. They gave me a little more than what i needed, but was able to return the parts I didnt need no problem. Excellent customer service and will come back anytime. Thank you.
I had 3 doors installed by Creative Door. On one they broke the cover for a one of the lights while installing it. On another they forgot to install one of the two cables that takes the weight off of the opener.In both circumstances repeated calls for service and warranty were ignored or dropped. They have not helped with either problem, I will update this review if I hear from them.I guess the commitment to good service and warranty ends at the advertising stage ?????Edit (Aug 19):I recieved a call regarding my review. They said I might get a call to schedule a complimentary service appointment, we'll see how it goes ??
