I filed a Police Report on this business due to their total incompetence when replacing my garage door opener and failure to honor their service agreement. They were over three hours late to come to the house to make an estimate, over six hours late on the day they were to install my garage door opener. Only to come when I told them I had to leave. On the day they were to put in the garage door opener they were late again. After they installed the new opener, they told me that they would come back the next day to install a keypad and give me extra remotes. They never came and I never received the extra remotes or the keypad. When I contacted them again to get them to complete the work and to fulfill their obligations, I was ignored four days in a row before I heard from them. I then requested that the owner – operator - manager be present when they were to complete the work as his workers proved to be untrustworthy and incompetent. I never heard from them again. To make matters worse, they did not even clean up after themselves as they left behind wire, assorted nuts, bolts, and screws and even a pair of wire strippers. Hence, stay away from this business.

Honestly super great company!!!! Don’t even have a garage but they fixed my garage door quick and easy. Reasonable prices too. Love it and have been a loyal customer with them for the past 5 years.??????
