Highly recommend Castle Garage Doors. Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in scheduling our services. Kyle is wealth of knowledge, patient and professional. Don't waste your time with other garage door companies.

The worst. Sloppy, incomplete installation, failure 4 months later, refused to fix. Blamed me and tried to sell me a $2500 garage door. I have a video of the disfunction, but Google will not let me post it. See the picture. Hanging up at the junction of the track sections. Poor installation.

Chris came today and installed a chamberlain motor to replace our old one. He did an amazing job and was in and out in about an hour. He also helped me to program my old clicker so I had a spare and a new garage code. Thank you so much! I will be calling castle every time I need help with the garage door.

The technician arrived on time and waited for me to arrive. The garage door motor was replaced in under an hour with no mess. The technician showed me how to operate and trouble shoot common issues and explained the features of the unit. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.
