I was quoted one price and ended up being charged something completely different. Initially, I was told I had the wrong parts and needed to buy the correct size. I offered to go to Home Depot to get them, and the installer told me what size to buy. Once I arrived at Home Depot, he changed the size and said I needed something totally different.When I left Home Depot and drove back home, he didn’t even have the size that he claimed his company said I needed. On top of that, he sold me a bracket for $75 that I later found out costs about $5 at Home Depot. That alone felt very dishonest.What was supposed to be a $300 job suddenly turned into $600. This experience felt like a scam from start to finish. I would strongly recommend choosing a different company so others don’t have to go through the same thing.

I want to share my experience with the quotation of my garrage doord repair where the wheels of one of the panel were out of the rails. I had a technical come to my house to give an estimate. He said a lot of technical things very quickly which I asked can you please repeat it a bit slowly . He scuffed and instead of explaining it again he with a big attitude said it's going to be 390 dollars . I didn't mind the rude behavior but when I asked seems a bit high for this specific repair the technician simply walked away saying good day. Hopefully the guy learns a bit of patience .
