Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe a smooth opener installation and a door-and-motor replacement that worked like new. One reviewer recalls prompt scheduling, an explanation of options and clear appointment updates. Another reports that replacement-part instructions changed and the final charge differed from the quote; a separate reviewer says the technician spoke too quickly, did not repeat the explanation when asked and walked away after the estimate was questioned.

We had garete door opener installed in mill creek and the service was smooth and from star to finish .
Andrew
I was quoted one price and ended up being charged something completely different. Initially, I was told I had the wrong parts and needed to buy the correct size. I offered to go to Home Depot to get them, and the installer told me what size to buy. Once I arrived at Home Depot, he changed the size and said I needed something totally different.
When I left Home Depot and drove back home, he didn’t even have the size that he claimed his company said I needed. On top of that, he sold me a bracket for $75 that I later found out costs about $5 at Home Depot. That alone felt very dishonest.
What was supposed to be a $300 job suddenly turned into $600. This experience felt like a scam from start to finish. I would strongly recommend choosing a different company so others don’t have to go through the same thing.
