We had what looked to be a catastrophic failure of our door. I called, and within 2 hours there was a technician on the way. He was super professional and got our door working in no time at all. I cannot thank Farron (probably misspelled, sorry) enough, and thanks to the woman who answered the call. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Will recommend Overhead Door Company 10 out of 10 times.
Great customer service. Came out a few hours after we called them. Great prices. Trey was fast but efficient. Would recommend over and over again. I used Precision Door last time and was charged an arm and leg for a minor repair. Will only use Overhead Door for now on.
Wonderful company. My car was basically locked in the garage, garage door down in a seemingly locked position. I could not open the door manually either. I called Overhead Door of Springdale as they were the original installer of my garage door and opener 30 years ago. They had a serviceman out within about an hour. Determination was made of the problem and unfortunately the part needed was not available. I guess after 30 years, that’s understandable. They replaced the unit and all is well.I would definitely recommend Overhead Door of Springdale. Thank you for your exemplary service!!
Overhead Door installed our 18 foot garage door 10 years ago. They were very affordable, professional and on time back then. Fast forward 10 years and 1 of the springs broke on my door. I called on a Tuesday and they came the next day and had the parts to fix my door. Technician was very kind and professional and again their pricing was affordable. I appreciate Overhead Door very much!
I have two recent experiences. The first was a commercial unit that needed a new door. It was not urgent. However, They did a great job, in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable. The second was our personal home. The coil had broken and my wife’s car was trapped inside. They were there promptly and took care of the repair. Thanks Overhead Door of Springdale!
