Noah with Tri-City garages was wonderful to work with! He helped us get the price down, cut the lead time down and did a fabulous install! Additionally, he was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions.
Great experience with these guys. Got on the schedule in a timely manner, and consultation was quick, easy, and affordable. Will be using these guys from here on out.
Tri City did a great job at a reasonable price, and I did shop around before choosing who I was going to work with. They made the whole process easy and delivered on their promises of price and of timing. Attached before and after pictures here. I would work with them again in the future and recommend you give them a shot at earning your business too.
The Gentleman was very professional and arrived on time to install the Lift master 84501. The installation process was quick and well done. However, I was a bit surprised because they quoted me for the 84505 Lift master. I didn't really want additional camera feature given by the 84505 so I didn't push for it but the 84501 has a shorter manufacturer warranty. Anyways, that's why I'm giving them 3 stars. I think the price was higher than it should have been considering the cheaper model installed and they should have provided a compromise in price. I would change my rating if they do the right thing and at least offer a partial refund for the discrepancy.
I received a quote to weather seal the garage door and the prices seemed pretty fair. The technician was scheduled to come out Tuesday, but called and said they couldn’t get out until Thursday. Overall they did a decent job, however, there is still an unsealed gap on the left side of about a foot. After the work was completed, they told me I could go to Home Depot to get a seal that attached to our concrete to finish sealing the gap. Since the whole point of our estimate was to seal the door it seemed like that would be something they would take care of or figure out. It just seemed like about 95% of the work was completed, but they didn’t go out of their way to finish the job.If you’re looking to have them do this work you will also have to caulk the new weather stripping yourself.
