We wouldn’t call anyone else for garage door service and repair. When our spring broke, Jason came out that very day; he was polite and efficient and did a great job!
Raynor Door Authority is the absolute best! We have used them in the past and they have always been professional, friendly and economical. But today they went above and beyond!! The spring on our garage door broke this morning at about 6:30 AM. It was repaired and we were able to get out of the garage by 8:30 AM. Dave took my initial phone call and then contacted Jason. Jason called us right away, was at our house by 7:45 and fixed our door by 8:30. He was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend that if you need garage door service to make Raynor your first call!
Jason was my service provider, amazing customer service, very professional. Had my repair done in short order, made it look easy! Service provider was at my house within a few hours from calling, earlier than estimated. Fair price excellent service! Thanks again Jason, you were amazing, this guy deserves a pay raise!
These guys are the real deal !Both Jasons, the salesman and the tech, did a great job ??.Other door people came out to look at my situation, and wanted to sell me a whole new door ! One even charged me $99 for the quote !Jason the salesman looked at it and said he could fix it for less than $350.00.Jason the mechanic just left, the 30 year old door is functioning great, and the bill was $311.00 !For a company that sells new doors to recommend a repair ?? How refreshing !!That's why you should ALWAYS give Raynor a call 1st.John and Cheri D.
LONG POST... PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END.Super disappointed in Raynor. My elderly Mother has been a customer for years. I'm talking about when I pulled the stickers off for their 24 hour service information it left a mark. So our garage door was acting up and so my Mother called to have someone come out to fix it. It was Sunday so they had her call Monday because it wasn't considered an emergency. She calls Monday and they tell her no one is available so they can schedule for the next day (Tuesday) between 9a-10a. She's doesn't get a call until after 11:30am from them saying that someone was on the way, but it took another hour for the the garage door tech to arrive. So my wife and I were walking up and down our street and seen when he arrived. Both my Mother and my Wife and I explained that the motor was humming but the chain was no longer catching, and one wheel from the garage had slid of. He takes a look we continue walking and literally no longer then 10 minutes he's in the truck. So we ask what was going on and he said my mom wanted him to talk to her caregiver (me) before proceeding on. He tells me that it's going to be $560 for a new opener and an additional $55-$60 for an extra remote! So I go to speak to Mom and she's so upset, she tells me that after barely touching the garage he turns around and charges her $85 fee for coming out. He didn't even explain what was wrong with the door. He tells me if we pay the over $600 he'll waive the $85 fee. SMH! My mother is on a fixed income and so she asked if they had any payment arrangements of were there any options? She also asked what all he did for her to have to pay the $85 fee. He said I put the wheel back on the track....?? On top of that, he said she had to pay over $600 and it would not be fixed that day! He'd had to schedule it and could take a week or so....So my Wife and I looked into fixing it ourselves and we did! We found a garage door at Menards for $168.53 (with a $25.14 rebate and a warranty) we took down and put the new door up door in 4 hours. On top of that it's a smart garage door. I say all that to say, if you are able to do it yourself, go for it. Don't fall for the okie doke.
