Prompt service, they came out and assessed our problem, and offered repair costs vs. new garage door. Derek answered all of our questions and we decided to replace our door. Installation went smoothly and Derek helped us set up the App on our phones, and we are so happy with the quiet new door, weatherstripping, and quality. Would highly recommend this company!
Had an issue with the the door opening. Called and they shuffled some things around and same day they came out and fixed it. Derrick did a great job explaining what the issue was and how they would fix it. He and his co-worker were efficient and top notch. He even fixed the weather seal without me even have to ask. Very impressed and thankful for the Complete Garage Doors team! It was on a Friday afternoon as well so they saved me a lot of inconvenience heading into the weekend.
Complete Garage Doors was a lifesaver when our garage door needed to be replaced. They came out the same morning I called and were able to get my car out of the garage and the garage closed again while we waited for the door to be replaced two days later. The replacement itself was efficient, and they kept to the quote they gave me and did a great job. Plus, Derek was incredibly friendly, including with our dogs, which made an unexpected household expense much more pleasant.
Was a pleasant experience through and through! My garge opener from the 80's finally died and they were able to quote me on a good price along with a much better opener and spring replacement. Derek was very helpful in telling me other maintenance items I should do while they were there, and I am very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you!
Derek came to my residence to install a new spring and cables on my existing garage door. I don’t know how long he has worked for your company, but this young man is a keeper!!! The garage door he worked on is over 30 years old, he was very honest and up front with me about the condition of the door and all the parts aging and especially rusting. He spoke to me with respect and knowledge about his job. Very professional, worked very timely, and was all around a super guy to deal with, very personable. I would definitely recommend your company, and more specifically Derek in that recommendation because he was just AWESOME!!
