John-Luke was great! The consultation helped me understand what I had as well as the quality and expected longevity of existing parts. I had a broken drive tube where it connected to my direct drive opener. He was able to explain why the tube broke and ensured that going forward we wouldn’t have the issue. Along with the new drive tube, he replaced and upgraded the bearings for smoother and longer lasting operation. I was able to see on the existing parts why this was obviously needed. So I was happy to make the upgrade! i felt that I was in great hands with John-Luke, as he was honest and gave me multiple options to get us back in business!Additionally he lubricated the springs and bearings and reprogrammed the opener for a smoother and quieter operation.
