John-Luke was great! The consultation helped me understand what I had as well as the quality and expected longevity of existing parts. I had a broken drive tube where it connected to my direct drive opener. He was able to explain why the tube broke and ensured that going forward we wouldn’t have the issue. Along with the new drive tube, he replaced and upgraded the bearings for smoother and longer lasting operation. I was able to see on the existing parts why this was obviously needed. So I was happy to make the upgrade! i felt that I was in great hands with John-Luke, as he was honest and gave me multiple options to get us back in business!
Additionally he lubricated the springs and bearings and reprogrammed the opener for a smoother and quieter operation. He was hard working. He moved directly into the service after the consultation. John-Luke really provided a good value for the cost!
I really appreciate how smooth and quiet the whole thing is now! A+ Garage doors is great! I appreciate that I called on a Saturday and he came the same day! The 24/7 service is really nice!

A very vibrant and enthusiastic guy in a blue uniform greeted us with a big smile on his face. That was Brandon and I already had a big hunch that he will deliver an excellent service to our 27-year old garage door opener with broken spring. After reviewing the issues, Brandon who was so skilled and knowledgeable in his field of work discussed all feasible options to take that were worth considering, and will work on our budget and investment wise. With just some additional information and answers to our inquiries, it was an easy option for us and decided to replace our current old chain drive garage door opener to a more modern and quiet belt drive operation. Right there, Brandon started working on this morning's project and in under 2 hours, we have a very sleek and aesthetic belt drive garage door opener which is quiet and equipped with garage door indoor keypad, remote key fobs and a wireless outside mounted keypad.
