I recently worked with Johns Garage Door Inc for a critical access control issue at our commercial gatehouse, and I cannot speak highly enough of their Assistant Manager/Dispatcher Estefania Morales's professionalism and dedication.
We were experiencing ongoing problems with our gatehouse arm bar lifts due to faulty mini control units that required constant battery replacements - the batteries were only lasting about a week, creating security and operational headaches for our facility.
Estefania Morales immediately understood the urgency of our situation and took charge of finding an effective solution. Rather than offering a temporary fix, the technician she coordinated developed a comprehensive approach: hard-wiring all arm lifts to a single control panel inside the guard house, completely eliminating our unreliable mini control battery issues.
What impressed me most was how quickly Estefania mobilized to source all necessary supplies and coordinate the installation in a timely manner. Her sense of urgency and commitment to resolving our access control problems efficiently minimized disruption to our daily operations.
