When the tornado took out my garage door, I called Overhead door to get it replaced. Everything and everybody from sales to installation was amazing. The door looks so clean and it really added elegance to the appearance of my home.They were prompt, so prompt in fact that they were able to install the door weeks earlier than expected. Install was very quick, and they did a great job cleaning up and explaining the new controls. Communication was also amazing and much appreciated in these post covid times.Special thanks to Marcia, Gavin, Nick, and Isaac for doing an amazing job and helping me recover from the storm.
I met Gavin at the Kalamazoo Home Expo earlier this year. He was not pushy, was responsive in my requests and was transparent on pricing and areas where he felt we could save money considering our needs. I’ve been in sales my entire professional career and felt Gavin was more consultant than sales rep (which is a compliment). We had much more pushy experiences from another local vendor and would (and have already) recommended Gavin and the Overhead crew to our neighbors and friends. Transparency, urgency, good communicators and a consultative process is all I could’ve asked for beyond the obviousness of a high quality door (which they crushed). Very happy and would recommend to anyone.
We just had Cody and Tim repair our garage door this morning! They were both so amazing! Friendly and most of all what an excellent job they did! They replaced the springs and rollers and it works like brand new! Overhead Door installed this door in October of 2003 ! First repair since installation!
