Wagner Door Company scheduled their technician Tim to come out and inspect my 3 garage doors as one of the doors was making noise when going back down from open position. Tim went over all doors and lubricated the door that had been making noise. Very courteous and reviewed what he did before he left I highly recommend.
The arrival time as well as send a photo of Wagner. He was very professional and clearly knew his products. We ended up getting all 3 of our garage doors serviced. We had a broken spring on one door and a very loose chain on the other. I would recommend.
Our tech did a great job assessing the needed repair. He quickly and thoroughly explained the issue, reviewed our pricing options, and then quickly got to work on getting the repair completed. Overall, a good, thorough job, completed expeditiously and at a reasonable price point.
