I needed a part for my garage door remote. Called their office and spoke with Floyd Ryan the sales rep and he was on it immediately. I told him Id have to come down later as I was in physio at KGH following surgery. He found the part and actually drove down to the hospital to deliver it to me because of my condition. Even though he's in sales and not service he went ahead and dealt with it What a great guy! What outstanding service. Ill be doing all my business with Creative Door and in particular Floyd Ryan. The house was built and completed just over 8 months ago. The door failed 7 months into the completion. The wires keep coming off after putting them in position. Contacted builder 1 month ago. No contact nothing until now. Contacted again after a month of silence. Guess what? The want to charge for the visit, saying that the door is out of warranty. Unbelievable.Do not recommend this company at all.
A while ago I damaged my garage door which already had been replaced a few years ago. I contacted creative door kelowna (dean) who did an estimate. I arranged to have two panels replaced and made an appointment for dean to fix it. He was prompt polite and efficient. I would recommend him without reservation. Thanks, deenalaturnus
My garage door suddenly won't close anymore, keep backing up suddenly by itself half way. I checked the sensors, and it was aligned and working. I can't figure it out what else might cause the problem, so I call the Creative door service. Their technician Ryan show up the same day, replaces multiple hinges, identified the issue, and help me manually closed the garage door. The office lady got back to me the same day with the quotes for all the part needed for fix my door, and it was very reasonable price and time line. On the next appointment, Ryan showed up on time, replaced all the parts needed. He cleaned every parts, lubricated the all the places that needed, checking every part of the door, making sure my garage door is working property. Ryan did everything that I asked professionally and above and beyond. He also answer all my questions and explained in a clean and easy to understand manner. I am very satisfy with his work and service. Therefore, base on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
