From the receptionist to the service techs everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Our main overhead door at Northside Industries broke a spring leaving it closed and inoperable. This was an emergency at a very busy receiving bay. I called late afternoon, a service rep came out early next morning to evaluate, and the spring was built and installed within 6 hours. Rob kept us up to date on the progress all the while. The service team followed all our plant rules to the letter. They wore all the proper PPE, safety coned off the work area and locked out the electrical. We considered the cost for this type of quality service very reasonable and would not hesitate using them for any future needs. I had an issue with water in the main box a year ago and these guys fixed it very quickly. I also needed my magnet replaced in the locking mechanism. Everyone from the sales team (Fernando), to service dispatch (Glenn) to Jeff who did the work were incredible.
Work looks great, and they were very fast!!
