From the email communication back and forth to then going to their shop to pick up our door, I can't say enough how impressed I was how they took their time to help, answer all my questions, help with the door to the truck. etc etc!! Yesterday, the door to the front of my worplace fell off its hinges and a bunch of pieces fell out. It's a heavy, industrial, glass door. I left to get the building landlord and not 30 seconds later, Joey from Western Door Solutions pulled up in his work van, popped out and said, "Looks like you could use my help." As if sent by the Lord himself. He was just stopping nearby to get lunch, but he stayed and helped us first. He arranged billing, fixed the door quickly, and left our hero. The door is working better than before (it's now not tilted) and it took him less than an hour. Thank you Joey and WDS!
