Killeen Overhead Doors was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and incredibly fast. I was honestly in distress, afraid my garage door might collapse after a bracket broke during the terrible winter snow and ice storm. The office staff were so kind, calm, and reassuring, and made me feel like my situation truly mattered. They had service technicians at my home within just a couple of hours.
The service men were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly feel they went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was safe and working properly. The price was also very fair, which I really appreciated during such a stressful situation.
I also want to point out that this is the only company I’ve seen that actually updated their business hours on Google while the whole city was shut down because of the storm. That level of communication and professionalism really stands out. I’m so grateful for their quick response and excellent service.

The gentleman that came out to repair the top part of the garage door where the opener came off on the door was repaired very professionally and looks very good sometime in March. I want to get a brand new garage door from them. Excellent service, excellent office service.
