He was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with, and his price was fair and reasonable, especially for Grand County, where any kind of household repairs are often way more expensive than on the front range. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to help us deal with another garage door repair service who tried to rip us off – (our bad for calling the first service that showed up on a google search without checking reviews/references).
Aaron was awesome. Eventhough the main purpose was to replace a pair of springs on our garage door, he noticed other areas that needed some attention and went ahead and fixed them without adding an additional cost to his visit. Very professional and would highly recommend this company.
Aaron answered the phone on a Sunday, came out on a Monday and had fully replaced the door by Tuesday afternoon. He was friendly, quick and clean, had great communication, and made a stressful situation much easier than it might have been. The new door looks and sounds great, and he even added a bolt for safety. Awesome local company.
Best customer service around. Aaron installed our new garage doors last June, they had settled a bit and needed some maintenance. Aaron came out the day after I called him and made the necessary adjustments. He honored his warranty and did not charge me for the maintenance he performed. I highly recommend Grand Openings, Aaron is top notch!
