Paul’s response was within hours. My doors had been recently rebuilt with new tracks and operators by a different company, but never worked well after more than 6.attempts .Paul has able to get the door fixed the same day. He returned a few days later to install new weatherstripping, and redid some settings he had researched with the manufacturer.Very heavy door is finally staying open, raising and lowering as a new door. Best service experience in years.
