A week ago RETRAK DOOR SERVICE came to our aid for garage door problem. It was an easy fix that I missed and for the second time he did not charge us. He could not have been nicer, professional and polite. Would call him again in a NewYork minute.
Neal has been a lifeline in so many ridiculous situations with our garage over the years. He has been reliable, helpful, cost-conscious, understanding, sometimes prescient, always reflective and considered. I will miss him now that he's gone to Texas, but I am glad to hear his son remains here in Denver. I haven't had to call them in several years, which means of course the time is coming .... but I know who I will be calling for sure when, in fact, that time comes.
Neal was so helpful! Our garage door would not close, and he came same day to fix it even though he was not in the area. We trust him and will be doing a full replacement with him.Update: Javier did our garage replacement, he was awesome and so quick. We are very happy with Retrak and will use them in the future if needed.
Just got one of two openers replaced with Retrak. Our ancientseemed fine - until we replaced the one that stopped working. Such a difference! The door is so quiet and smooth, there's a decent light in the garage, you can program codes without climbing on the car and lots of other advanced features. We replaced the one on my husband's side; I feel a new one coming for my side. Always a great experience with Retrak Door Service!
