Right from initial contact inquiry to completion of work required Nathan was very professional, kind and understanding. Local resource for replacement seemed quite expensive. So I branched out looking for service In Lethbridge the garage is located in Crowsnest Pass. Nathan's quote for garage door opener replacement including travel was very reasonable. Nathan and his assistant showed up on time as promised. Installation went well, timely and clean. He discussed some areas that may need addressing in the future and reassured us that it would be no problem to address even though it's a very old garage with older hardware etc. I appreciate there was no up selling, just assessment and very reasonable replacement. The work completed was excellent and very satisfactory. The opener runs very smooth and quiet. I would not hesitate on calling on Nathan in the future if required. You will not go wrong dealing with Nathan and his business. So glad they travel out to small rural areas where resources are scarce. His professionalism and being so approachable is a big win. Thank you so much for all that you do with pride and integrity it goes a super long way.
