We had a great experience with Ryan. I called him in a panic saying one of our emergency exit doors was suddenly nonfunctional and needed immediate attention. Ryan came over immediately and not only fixed it, he gave us a steal of a deal! Thanks, Ryan!!

Ryan came over to take measurements of my door. Took my email address and said they’d send me an estimate for a new door. It will be two weeks tomorrow and I still haven’t received an estimate or even a phone call letting me know what was happening. I’m not about to spend anymore time trying to get businesses to do what they say they will do. I would not recommend Bridge City Doors.
Working with Ryan was a pleasure. They were quick to respond and the windows look incredible.We have an older home, and it requires a lot more work for them to put in the windows. They didn’t charge us any extra even though they had to do much more work than they were expecting. Truly a pleasure.
