My garage door spring had broke, and with it's age and the multiple things that happen to an old door, it was time to replace it. Jessi was very helpful guiding me through the garage door replacement. The owner came out quickly to "spec" it out for their bid. They had it in stock, she gave a very reasonable quote, then promptly scheduled the replacement.The techs, Kyler and Barry removed the old door then installed the new one. I watched a lot of the work, they were quick (efficient) and did a great job. They were also very nice while I asked "homeowner" kind of questions. It looks so nice and works so well.I couldn't be more pleased, and I definitely recommend POD3G.
Pioneer Overhead Door saves the day and fixes another company’s poor installation.I highly recommend Pioneer Overhead Door!I just had the owner and a dedicated technician come to my house on a call on short notice the day before Thanksgiving at the end of the day.They were so nice and fixed my door that was stuck open. A week ago I had a company who boasts same day garage door repair replace a spring on my door and rewind the cables. Well today a cable came loose and everything stopped.I called the other company and was subjected to the rudest service provider experience I think I’ve ever had. The OTHER company would not honor their work and insisted it was not their mistake before even asking about the problem or ensuring safety regarding the door’s condition.But enough about that other company. Just call Pioneer. Friendly and professional!
