The spring on my garage door snapped. I called Western Overhead Door around 9:30AM for a quote and to see how long it might take to get someone out to fix it. The price was very reasonable (I had done research ahead of the call), and was surprised they said they could come out the same day. I mentioned I had kids that would be done school at 3:30 and they all had activities. They said no problem, and would make sure the job was done before then. Fabio arrived not long after and took care of it. Fabio was fantastic! He quickly took to the task, and while doing so engaged in a conversation with me about garage doors, and proper maintenance. We even talked through an issue I had with the outdoor keypad for the door, and he confirmed what I did to fix it was correct, but also provided a suggestion on how I could have fixed it easier / cheaper. After completing the spring fix, Fabio took the 5 extra minutes to lubricate all the door hardware as we had discussed, even though that wasn't what he was there to do. I would definitely call Western Overhead Door back in the future if I need help with my garage door.
