These guys came in at about half the price for the same product, warranty, etc. They are actually in Longmont and old school, no frills, guy-in-a-truck type service, unlike all these big corporate outfits that have to pay for all their marketing, branded truck fleet, scheduling staff, etc. The tech, Joe, also made sure my garage door was lubed and adjusted/balanced correctly, too. He was an honest guy, not salesy at all. Highly recommended!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had reached out to purchase a garage door from this company, we agreed on a price, and set a pickup date and time. After that, communication became very poor and I was largely ignored for about a week with little to no response.

Unfortunately, after I had already purchased trim and started planning the new look of my building around this garage door, I was informed that they did not actually have the 10x10 door we discussed and only had a 10x8 available.

The lack of communication and last-minute change was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but clearer communication and honesty from the beginning would have gone a long way.
