Called this company about getting some brackets re-attached that had come loose. Technician did not seem happy coming out that evening on the phone. Technician re-attached the brackets by driving bolts entirely through both sides of the door. They came out the front side of the garage door! I could of done that myself with a drill. Can't believe they charged me over $570 to drive a couple bolts through the entire door. Don't waste your time with this company. The Technician was trying to up sell me on an entire new door the entire time he was here for over $3,000. I wounder if that was his plan by ruining the door entirely so I would be forced into getting a whole new garage door.
