I had a need for an emergency garage door repair. I called around, and some places were charging a few hundred dollars to have someone come by for an emergency, talk about predatory. This was not Primos! Their sales/scheduling staff were super friendly and kind, and when I asked about a possible upcharge for the emergency visit, they were clear about not having one during their business hours. They were able to get me scheduled for that evening. The tech was friendly, but not talkative. He did a thorough investigation of the issue and entertained my questions. He was respectful and clear about next steps. When it came to the spring system conversion, he was quick and effective. My garage works like new. The billing process was easy and the price was reasonable. I would absolutely consider Primos again, though I hope it's not for an emergency repair next time ??
