My garage door wasn’t opening yesterday, I called Overhead Door & they fit me in their schedule super quick - just over a day later, it’s already fixed. Both guys I talked to were extremely kind. Really pleased with their quick service, and reasonable pricing too. Thank you!!

Had to raise my 11' garage door to 11'6" on my RV garage for a new camper. Called Overhead Door Company of Madison since they installed the original door when the home was built. Received an email from John Gradel with the price and went ahead with raising the opening 6". Once I had that done, I ordered the new panels waited about 4 weeks for the panels to come in. Had a scheduling conflict so had them come out a couple of weeks after the panels came in. The crew who changed out two panels, rails, spools and cables. Did not install the door seals. I noticed it about 5 minutes after the left. I called to let them know and emailed John. I never received a reply to mine email and had to call about when they were coming back to finish the job. I asked John if he received my email which he acknowledged that he did. About one week later they showed up and did not install the door seals correctly they spliced them in two places. Again, I emailed John with no response. I sent a second email and the next day a tech showed up to install the seals, correctly this time. Very poor communication from the John.

Our garage door spring broke over the weekend so called Overhead Door first thing Monday morning. They fit me in the same day, Bob arrived within the window they promised, and fixed the door quickly. I have used them before and have always been happy with the customer service, workmanship and fair prices. Highly recommend!

When my garage door suddenly stopped working late in the afternoon on Friday, I called Overhead Door Company and the man I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful as he tried to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone. When it was deemed a service call would be needed, they were able to get me in that Monday morning and offered an emergency appointment for sooner if I was not able to get my car out manually after our call (I was). Ben, the technician, was very nice, came during the time window they said, and quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Overall, it was professional, great, and clean work.
