I had another company I was working with delay and take their time, took 2 months until they could come out and last minute said they only had one door and had to wait another 6 weeks. I cancelled with them and called these guys and they came out with two brand new doors a week later. I can’t thank them enough, everyone I spoke with and saw was personable and friendly. I plan on using them for any future garage door needs and I refer them out to anyone that asks.

This place rescued me. My door trapped my car in the garage and I could not release the tension wires without risk of injury. I called a number of places that could not make it until later in the week. Colonial Door was the first to acknowledge the my concern and not dismiss it. They said they would try to accommodate me. The owner came personally, I suspect he sacrificed his lunch. He did a great job, did not over quote or try to sell me an entire new door. He salvaged the parts to save money and instructed me with respect to how to get inexpensive replacements. I am so grateful and would use this business again.
