It was a pleasure doing business with Raynor Door Authority of New England. The garage door they sold and installed for us is just what we were looking for. Justin installed the door and he did a great job. He also took the time to answer questions that I had. The people I worked with over the phone to arrange the install (Liz and Taryn) were very helpful and a pleasure to work with.I can also attest to their excellent customer service and support. Prior to getting a new garage door I had called them because we had an issue with our old garage door. I called them and a technician was at our house within an hour or so and quickly got our old door working well enough to get us through the holidays until the new door was installed.
Raynor Door = Rock stars. New opener is super sweet - quiet and wrap around light is delightfully bright. Love the motion sensor feature so whenever I walk in the garage it lights up immediately. Derek McDonald is a super pleasant salesman and Cody's installation is perfect. Our old opener didn't pull the door up to the full height of the opening. The new one does. Thank you very much Team-Raynor!
We had been having issues with our garage overhead door for far too long. Our current service provider came out four (4) times and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The wife and I got fed up and after reading Google Reviews of Raynor, I called them for help. Let me tell you Raynor was a godsend! They set me up with an appointment during a holiday week and we were not disappointed! Their Technician, Cody, a thoroughly competent gentleman, inspected our current system, took the control module apart and found the problem of a smoked control board, caused by an electrical surge or lightning strike. We couldn’t believe Cody could determine the problem we were having when our “former” service provider could not. Cody had a replacement system oh his truck and within an hour, had our garage door problems gone!! Being retired and Senior Citizens, we cannot thank Cody and Raynor enough for the quick service they provided us. The fee was very reasonable! This is especially true with Winter weather on our doorstep! Raynor and Cody are well worth a five (5) Star Rating!
