Overhead Door Company of Memphis™

Last night my garage door came off the tracks on one side and the pressure buckled the opposite side. I was very pleased with the prompt service I received by the company the next day. Jordan Castillo was my service technician and he did an outstanding job getting my garage door back on and looking like nothing had happened. This is great company that stands behind its product and service. Thanks again, I am one happy customer! Candace Mimms

Overhead Door has all of the qualities that make your experience outstanding - fast service, professional employees, and a price that is unbelievably low in comparison to other companies. We are hard on the 2 garage doors on our home and Overhead has serviced them on several occasions. This time, the LiftMaster control panel on one of the doors (27 years old and installed when we built our home) needed to be replaced. The technician was out here within hours of our initial call, determined the issue, and came back the very next morning to install the new, quiet opener. He programmed the remotes for us as well. Quick, easy, hassle-free, and professional with surprisingly reasonable prices. I am forever grateful to Overhead!!

We can’t say enough good things about Overhead Door. From the moment we reached out, we were prepared to brace ourselves for a high bill and potentially hidden fees—something you unfortunately come to expect with many service companies these days. But Overhead Door completely turned that experience around for us. They were not only fair and transparent with their pricing, but they also went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. This company has been around since 1921, and after working with them, we can see why they've lasted so long. Their reputation is well-deserved. Not only did they respond to our request in a timely manner, but they also prioritized our needs and treated our situation with urgency. They didn't just squeeze us into their schedule; they genuinely made us feel like valued customers. When the technician arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified the issue with our garage door and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand, without any unnecessary jargon or upselling. He worked efficiently and had the door fixed in record time, leaving no mess behind and ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left. What impressed us most was the company's honesty and integrity. It’s rare to find a business these days that genuinely cares about its customers and doesn’t try to take advantage of them. Overhead Door didn’t cut any corners; they delivered top-notch service without overcharging us. They treated us with respect, which is something we value highly. For anyone in need of garage door repairs or installations, especially if you’re worried about getting a fair price, we wholeheartedly recommend Overhead Door at 2080 Elvis Presley Blvd. Their combination of expertise, efficiency, and integrity is unmatched, and it's refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers. They’ve earned our loyalty for any future needs, and we’re confident anyone else who works with them will feel the same way!
