We are so pleased with the service and products we received from Action Garage Door. The quality of the materials and the professionalism of their team were outstanding from start to finish. Chris was incredibly helpful and patient, giving us the time and guidance we needed to choose the perfect garage door for our home’s exterior and our lifestyle. We thought we had a simple repair to our garage door roller and hinge and discovered with Will’s help we had a broken spring and damaged panels. Will provided excellent customer service and great communication throughout the service call. He helped out us get our car out of the garage even though the door was broken and very heavy. Will walked us through the process of ordering a new garage door. He put us at ease. Yes, it was money we were not expecting, but so worth it in the end. We ended up with a better insulated door, better rollers, and a longer lasting spring. The two gentlemen who installed the garage door were very efficient, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. We love our new door. It is quiet, goes up and down so smoothly. We highly recommend Action Garage door!!! They are our new garage preventative maintenance team.

I called in the afternoon and spoke with the receptionist at Action Garage Door. I was greeted with the warmest welcome over the phone. She took down a few details and scheduled service for the very same day.
The installer, Mr. Lee, called to let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived, he met with my wife and me, listened to our concerns about the door, and provided options without any sales pitch or pressure to upgrade.
He did a spectacular job repairing our garage door, replacing all the bearings and springs. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great care.
I would highly recommend Action Garage Door. Thank you for resolving our issue so promptly. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you for your service.
